Mr Ramakrishnan is a fabulous Dr, he takes time to listen and always explains tests/results etc. He has a really good bedside manner when I have been an inpatient. Nothing is too much trouble for him.

I wanted to write a review for Dr Ram as my decision to choose him for a consultation was mainly based on positive patient experience reviews. I was not disappointed. I have suffered with gastrointestinal issues for many years, had numerous investigations and treatment plans but never really understood the root cause of my problem. Dr Ram’s approach on first meeting him I can only describe as completely patient focused. I felt properly listened to for the first time, giving me opportunity to ask questions and checking out that I understood his explanations/opinion. Following my gastroscopy Dr Ram went through each photograph in detail again explaining in full his findings. From this I felt I was able to make the right decision with the support from Dr Ram with regards to my treatment plan. I would gladly recommend Dr Ram to anyone just excellent.

Dr Ram is the perfect match between an expert and good bedside manner. He listened to my history & arranged tests in the shortest possible period. He takes pride in his professionalism and works with a lovely team. I would return to consult him without hesitation and can recommend him to those seeking gastro support. I saw him at Spire Cheshire, which was very good from the telephone manner of the receptionists to the nurses in charhe of my care for the gastroscopy. Although nervous, the sedative administered by Dr Ram meant I remembered nothing about the procedure, despite being awake throughout. On a personal level, it was a pleasure to meet him.
